Now, you must have figured out or will soon enough; I’m not all about running. So I thought I would take an opportunity once a week to touch on some running and non-running articles, life style pieces and such.


 

It’s week 12 and I fell short of my weekly running goal! While I thoroughly enjoyed my week, poor planning and over-scheduling left me scrambling and I just didn’t get it done.  I’m trying to give myself some grace and just get back on track.  Guess who will be running some extra laps this week!

My daughters and I went to a music festival Saturday.  Thankfully the rain stayed away and it turned out to be quite a nice day. We all got to hear some artists we all enjoyed. Sunday we saw one of my sister’s neighbors! Hopefully they seem to keep to themselves!

This week has been a bit of a lesson in the need to slow down! I mostly love staying busy but I really over-scheduled this week.  See some of the fun on my IG. Link found on my gramspiration page. My sleep, diet and exercise suffered a bit as a result. It’s important to me to make a date with myself and then keep it! So this week I’ll have lots of dates with yours truly! lol I encourage you to set the same dates with yourself and keep them! Have a fantastic week!
