So if you’ve kept up with any of my weekly round-ups, you’ve probably seen me mention my most favorit-ist, wonderful-ist, fantastic-ist website for FREE workouts!

FITNESSBLENDER.com

Fitnessblender.com was created by Daniel and Kelli, husband and wife duo, who are both personal trainers.  In their own words, “We believe fitness should be accessible to everyone, everywhere, regardless of income level or access to a gym. That’s why we offer hundreds of free, full-length workout videos, the most affordable and effective workout programs on the web, meal plans, and helpful health, nutrition and fitness information.”

This is my go-to site for all my workout videos.  Kelli and Daniel produce all their own videos and post them to their site for your viewing pleasure.  The best thing to me about the site is the option to filter the workouts. It allows you to get exactly what you are looking for!  You can search by duration, calorie burn, training type, difficulty level, trainer, body focus, and equipment needed.  Many times, I find myself searching for a 10-15 minute upper or lower body workout when I’m trying to squeeze in a quick session at the end of my day.

The videos are good quality and the workouts include detailed instructions on how to do the moves as you go.  Another positive, is that there is no background music.  This allows you to turn the volume down and pump up your own music as you become familiar with the workout and moves. I’m always feeling challenged during their videos.  I love hearing “workout complete” at the end!

Fitnessblender.com also includes meal plans and recipes for clean eating.  Kelli and Daniel are big advocates for eating non-processed foods rather than calorie counting.

Their workout videos are designed in a way that you can create your own workout program. They have also prepared various workout programs for purchase with different focuses to take any guess work out of how to put together a plan.

Kelli opens up in the blog about her own personal struggle with an eating disorder and body image issues. She shares how she overcame them. She even uses their own workouts for herself!

Overall, I give Fitnessblender.com an A++++.  Please be sure to check them out here and see what you think for yourself.  I’d love to get your feedback in the comments below.
